     Kent Rathbun Concepts has teamed up with My Private Driver to bring you Restaurant Week: Travel In Style. From August 16th to 28th at Abacus and August 16 to 22nd at Jasper's Plano and Rathbun's Blue Plate, My Private Driver is offering the rates below. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to The North Texas Food Bank:

$28 per hour for a driver to drive YOUR personal car
$49 per hour for a town car
$75 per hour Luxury Limousine service for up to 8 people
* Availability is limited or subject to availability, Gratuity not included

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

GRILLED FAJITA CHICKEN WITH KRE ANCHO BARBEQUE SAUCE

FOR THE FAJITA GRILLED CHICKEN:
8 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces)
4 ounces olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons shallot, minced
2 tablespoons jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine
4 tablespoons lime juice fresh
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons KRE Steak and Chop Garlic Salt
2 tablespoons KRE Family Barbeque Rub
1/4 cup KRE Ancho Chile Barbeque Sauce

FOR THE FAJITA GRILLED CHICKEN:
1. In a large mixing bowl, marinate chicken breast with olive oil, garlic, shallots, jalapeno, cilantro leaves, lime juice, tamari soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. This can marinate for up to 24 hours. 2. After chicken is marinated, remove from marinade and season with KRE Steak and Chop Garlic Salt and KRE Family Barbeque Rub.
3. Grill chicken breasts over a wood grill or charbroiler until chicken is medium well or cooked through (do not overcook); remove from grill.
4. During the last few minutes of cooking time, brush chicken with KRE Ancho Chile Barbeque Sauce. 5. When chicken is done, remove from heat and julienne or hand-tear chicken for fajitas, tacos or salad preparation.
Notes:
This is a great recipe to freeze for use at a later time.
