We have been working with Abacus for 5 years now both in our private home and at The Goss-Michael Foundation. Their range of service is unparalleled with that of their competitors. We look to the experienced staff at Abacus for small seated dinners at home, Private Openings at the Foundation, and large events at the house in the backyard with a tent which always adds a degree of difficulty. ... even personally picked out the China, glass, silverware for the house!

I think even more impressive is the way the team of chefs and waiters arrive to the house, execute a beautiful event and disappear without a crumb in the kitchen, as if they weren't even there. They have our heartfelt recommendation.

Everything was wonderful. The food...obviously. (My personal favorites were the empanadas, the scallop dish...oh my!... and the dessert.)

How warm and personal, how classy yet creative and fresh, the whole evening was. The service could not have been better...so attentive and personal without being intrusive. Perfect. And having the artist there to speak to...what a fascinating bonus.

And of course, what a spectacular treat for The Chef to open his house for us to enjoy, to be available, friendly,and approachable, and to dazzle us with his demonstration. Words do not do that justice.

To have such incredible food be only one small part of the entire experience really says so much about all of the other ways you made for such a stellar evening.

Thanks again for helping me pull this together on such short notice. Everyone had such a wonderful time and I found Kent's lesson on grilling fascinating. I learned so much that really surprised me.
